My name is Lisa Domenic. I am an artist from Philadelphia, PA and draw my inspiration from city life and the local landscapes that I have connected to. They say GOOD things come in small packages and my little landscapes and custom art pieces seem to deliver.
I am a self-taught artist who chooses to see the positive. Originally a nurse, my love for the creative contemporary art has led me down the path you find me on today.

My language is impressionism. I am influenced by the world around us drawn to color and light. The inspiration for my landscape art paintings, spring from a desire to bring a sense of clarity, comfort and hope.
I see a strong connection to my creative practice and my role in caregiving. My art has developed and helped sustain me when my health or the health of those I love most were in question.

My technique is intuitive. I create images in a loose and colorful style, then connect the shapes, values and brush marks. My favorite pieces combine energy, colors in harmony and a sense of whimsy.
I am a firm believer in the power of experimentation and play in the artistic process. I often incorporate unconventional material techniques into my contemporary art work, which allows me to explore new ideas and push the boundaries of my craft.
